We ship across the European Union. Your kit is dispatched from within the EU, so there are no customs charges or import delays.

Dispatch & delivery.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your country; express is faster. Kits are sent in plain, discreet packaging.
Returning your sample.
Every kit includes a prepaid return envelope. Dried blood spot samples are stable at room temperature, so no refrigeration is needed.
Results.Your report is ready within 3–5 days of your sample reaching our laboratory. We email you when it's available.
